VW Volkswagen Crafter Reversing Reverse Camera Kit ( 2020 Onwards ) Manual Gearbox

This is our Reversing Camera Kit for the new shape Volkswagen Crafter from ( 2020 Onwards ) with Manual Gearbox that already has the Factory 6.5″ screen fitted as shown in our photos. If you have the ( 2017 – 2020 ) Crafter with the 8″ screen and the audio unit in the glovebox then please see our other listings as we have a kit for that model of Van ( We Do Not Supply A New Screen ) The installation of this kit requires the front of the radio to be removed in order to add a sub board and ribbon cable – so that the camera interface module can put the reverse camera image onto the screen upon selection of the reverse gear. Once installed it will show the camera image upon selecting reverse gear and will show ‘Dynamic Parking Guidelines’ that move with the steering wheel showing the projected direction of the van and if you have optical rear parking sensors then they will show on the vehicle icon at the top right of the screen. If you do not have parking sensors then the icon is easily removed via a dip switch on the interface. The kit is fully Plug and Play with no coding required and a single wire connection is required on the factory reverse light wire. The rear camera has 10 meters of cable, more than enough to do the LWB vans and the rear camera is a seamless fit onto your existing factory brake light housing giving a factory fitted look.
