Reversing Reverse Camera Kit for the Vauxhall Opel Grandland X
-
Description
This is our Reversing Camera Kit for the Vauxhall Opel Grandland X with the factory navigation 8″ screen already installed, it will not fit to the non navigation 7″ screen! Once fitted the camera image will be displayed when reverse gear is engaged and will give you ‘Dynamic Parking Guidelines’ that move with the steering wheel showing the projected trajectory of the vehicle. The parking sensors will show on the parking icon at the side of the screen. Supplied with our low voltage NTSC camera to be fitted in the plastic blank already installed in the tailgate. We have specifically chosen this camera for the Grandland due to the tailgate hanging below the housing that has the camera blank. This is a complete Plug & Play kit with no coding required that connects at the rear of the radio unit located in the centre console. With the kit we also supply a USB key full of High Resolution Fitting Photos and Fitting Instructions. We are also available via Telephone, Text, email and WhatsApp for Full Technical Support for any help or advice you may need. Please see Our Product Video to experience this kit in action.

19 Plate Grandland X with Nav. Been looking to get a reverse camera for ages and saw this one. Was cheapest I found and the plug n play appealed. Got my brother in law to look at the description as he’s into cars and said looked straight forward enough and he offered to help.
No help required. Took a bit of time to understand the pics sent as instructions as not much text instructions supplied.
Anyway I love DIY and do enjoy tinkering, this was real easy to install. All plug and play as described and works a dream. I have literally just finished doing it.
Some bits of the actual car were fiddly but the product itself was straightforward.
If I can do it then most people probably could. If you ain’t into DIY sort of stuff maybe seek some help but I found it easy.

I purchased for my Grandland x, the kit arrived next day. It truly was plug and play. The most difficult part was running the cable through the boot to the camera location. Start to finish took a couple of hours. It works a treat, I am very pleased.

Excellent product I was surprised just how small the main unit was. Found the photos for installation very informative Care needed on the camera plugs and sockets The hardest part was removing the tailgate covers but overall, there was no problems fitting the camera kit. Thank you Dougie

Grandland X – Navi 1.5 D
Please note although it is a plug and play kit, the instructions are photos on a USB Key and there ain’t much info on removing panels or routing camera wire. Unless this information is added probably be better letting the company fit it – if not to expensive. I managed to install in 2 hours 30 mins mainly because I wasn’t to sure of LVDS wire plugs as pic shown is a little unclear and hatch covers were a bit of a nightmare to remove. Note the main plug is very tight and not that easy to remove. But once off it was all straight forward. I found the best place for the interface box was under the gear shift as there is loads of room. Camera wire – I routed it at drivers side behind carpet at pedals and under carpet trim up to roof and along. Note hatch plastics are a pain as there are hidden screws and aint to easy to remove . If your ok with this then I certainly would buy the camera kit and install, but if not confident installing yourself then enquire about a supplied & installed price or pay some one to install for you.

Grandland x rear parking camera
I purchased a rear parking camera for a Grandland X, it came yesterday 13.01.21 and I fitted it today 14.01.21 without any problems. The camera works brilliant.
Excellent product and service.
