Ford Transit Custom & Tourneo Sync3 – Reversing Reverse Camera Kit ( 2018 Onwards ) With Moving Guidelines

This is our Reversing Camera kit for the Ford Transit Custom from 2018 onwards with Sync3 system. To check if you have Sync3, onscreen press Settings-General-About and the software page will be displayed. Sync3 will say Sync3 and a version( the version is irrelevant ) but if your software does not say Sync3 and just shows a software version beginning with either the letters: F, R or G then you have the newer Sync2.5 that this kit will NOT fit ( Please see our Sync2.5 Listing ). This plug and play kit connects to the APIM unit located above the glovebox and a plug at the rear of the screen. If your Transit Custom has Rear Parking Sensors ( like the van shown in our photos ) then you will have ‘Dynamic Parking Guidelines’ that move with the steering wheel – showing the projected trajectory of the vehicle and the rear parking sensors will show on the parking icon on the top corner of the screen ( The front sensors will NOT show on our Icon, but you will still hear the beeps ) If you do NOT have rear parking sensors then the guidelines will remain fixed in the centre of the screen – They will NOT move with the steering wheel. Our low voltage NTSC wedge style camera fits neatly at the side of the plastic number plate plinth. We provide a USB key with the kit full of Installation Photos and Fitting Instructions.
